Best I've found so far!
Trying to help out other women in the same situation. I'm white, with very fine hair that has been falling out. High porosity on the ends and medium porosity on the rest. Also, S type waves (2b, I think) that frizzes horribly. It has no weight to it. It used to be very soft. I live in the South with high humidity. My hair also hates protein and anything with coconut in it. (Coconut can act like a protein in sensitive hair.) My hair also hates anything "bonding". My hair will literally feel like it coated in something and snap off! I have been on a a hair journey. It has been falling out and very dry since moving a few years ago. Came to find out our tap water has more chlorine in it than our swimming pool! 1st step was a shower filter. Hair was better, no longer snapping off, but the frizz and dryness was still bad. (I'm also 46, so I'm sure hormones have come into play.) So, I have been trying different shampoos, conditioners, and leave ins.) This leave in has been the best so far. I use just a bit over a peas sized amount and really emulsify it in my hands before putting it in my hair. My hair was soft, but as it dried, my hair would get dryer. Not as dry as with other leave ins, but still dryer than I liked. Chat GPT said to seal it with Frizz Ease and that made a HUGE difference! The softness was back when fully dry! Still, my hair lacked any weight and floated around. So, Chat GPT recommended Camille Rose Curl Love Moisture Milk. So, my current routine is wash with Pantene Moisture Renewal Shampoo. (I also tried Biolage Hydrasource, which worked really well, but made my scalp itch. Perfume maybe? Or too cleansing?) Condition with Biolage Ultra Hydrasource Conditioner or Pantene Moisture Renewal Conditioner. Leave that in while washing my body and shaving. Then use As I am Original leave in, mainly focusing on ends and mids, and sides. Then the TINIEST amount of Camille Rose Curl Love Moisture Milk just scrunched into the ends. Top off with a 1/2 drop of Frizz Ease, focusing on the ends, then mids, and just lightly glossing over the halo of my hair where I have frizz from new hair growing in. Results, super soft hair that moves well and is shiny. It's even soft the next day! Usually, my mids and ends would feel crispy the second day. If I need a mask once a week, I use Wella Ultimate (red container) or Loreal Mega Moisture Therapy. Air dry usually. But if I am going to blow dry or curl it (once it air dries), I use Tresemme's Heat Protectant. I have to spray it into my hands, then run it over my hair. If I spray it directly on my hair, it can look greasy too fast. EDIT: I found the Tresemme one to be VERY drying because of the alcohol content and my fine hair. Verb Ghost Primer Heat protectant is great if I am going to blow it dry. If I am going to let it air dry, then curl, Verb Ghost Heat defense Spray on dry hair first. Again, I spray it on my hands and run it through. If I am throwing my hair up on day 2, I do nothing. If I wearing it down, I spritz with water and repeat the leave in, Camile Rose, and Frizz Ease - just in way smaller amounts. Results are the same. It doesn't feel heavy or grimy or gross by adding a bit more product the second day. My hair actually sucks it all up instead of sitting on top of it. My frizz isn't totally gone, but my hair is regrowing so I have a different lengths that are wavy, so they stick out everywhere. Nothing but a good blowout can help with that. Also, if you haven't done it yet, I recommend taking a picture of your hair on Chat GPT and asking for a hair analysis. It will tell you your porosity, curl pattern and suggest products on what you want to achieve. Also, you can tell it products you have already tried and it can tell you why your hair didn't like them. Also, tell it the products you already own and it will create a routine around those products - or it will tell which ones to get rid of. (Since we all have like 15 bottles of shampoo and conditioners we have tried and just tossed in a closet.) Chat GPT was great at pointing out "sneaky proteins" in some of my products when I thought for sure it was protein free. (Looking at you Curlsmith Weightless Leave In! It totally made my hair crispy when it dried.) Just trying to help another girly out! Good luck on your hair journey!

This product has been the answer for me (3b Curls, Low Porosity)
I was previously using gel since this had been the most reliable way of keeping my frizzy, low porosity, 3b curls under control. It was also pretty low effort, and as a guy I’m not trying to spend a ton of time on my hair every day if I can keep it simple. It only took two days of using this product to decide I was dropping the gel for it. I was surprised by how light my hair stayed with this leave-in, not my experience with others. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of hold it offers; similar to the hold of a gel once the cast is broken, but this product has less of a harsh initial cast than gel. It keeps my hair super moisturized too since you “leave” it in your hair after showering. My hair now feels softer and less frizzy than it used to, although the frizz is by no means fully eliminated using this product. To apply, I have been using a hair mask, rinsing that out, then raking a good blob of this product through my hair. Then I will dab up the excess with a microfiber cloth, step out of the shower tidy up any stray hairs, then let it air dry. Looks and feels great, and it’s not just me that thinks so - friends and family have been complimenting it.

Best Products For Naturally Curly/Frizzy Hair
These are the best line of hair care products that I have ever used on my naturally curly hair. I have had a lot of issues with breakage, dry damaged hair, and split ends. I was going to try Wen, but did not want to shell out that kind of money on a whim. Especially with all of the bad publicity about women's hair falling out. Every time I would previously wash and style my hair I could throw away handfuls of hair, what I could only imagine was from using too much product and dryer damage. I have followed the instructions on these products to the letter, and have gotten excellent results. My hair does not seem to be shedding or breaking outside of a reasonable amount. You first need to use the CoWash... I do not use an exorbitant amount, just enough to work through my hair comfortably. While the product is on your hair massage thoroughly with either your fingers or a wide tooth comb. Make sure you scrub your scalp to get all of the excess products out. After washing, keep your hair fairly damp. My hair is halfway down my back but not super coarse. I split my hair into two sections at the crown of my head, so I have half parted down, and the other half on top of my head. From here I work the leave-in conditioner through the bottom section. From there you add the Double Butter. I don't get too fussy about the leave-in, but I really work the Double Butter into my hair. I really try to coat every strand, and make sure that all of my curls have plenty of the moisturizer. After this step you use just enough of the Curling Jelly to work through your hair. I use about the same amount as the leave-in conditioner. I blow dry my hair because it would take entirely too long to air dry. My hair is SO soft and not frizzy at all when I am finished. I used to have to bog my hair down with copious amounts of hair gel, anti-frizz serum, and smoothing oil in order to achieve the same look. I am so excited that I discovered these products. My hair feels and looks so much healthier! I have been using these products for about 3 weeks now, and the transition was basically non-existent. My hair never went through a "weird" phase.

Used sparingly on fine curls, this is excellent
As I Am is my go-to for my fine, curly hair. I have fragrance sensitivities and there's no overwhelming fragrance, just a light coconut smell. This leave in conditioner is quite lightweight and goes on well when my hair is very, very wet. The dryer the hair, the more intense the product is, so I thin this down with water when applying to damp hair. It also works well in a spray bottle if thinned down to be quite watery.
