I use this with my sour dough really works well to prevent sticking to the banitan an the price was pretty good

This rice flour has a fine, smooth texture and works perfectly as a dusting flour. It’s a favorite for sourdough baking and helps prevent sticking without burning. Performed exactly as expected and has been very reliable.

Great to coat the banneton basket we used for our sourdough. We wish it came in a smaller bag because this is all we use it for. But it got the job done.

What can I say - ? It's rice in flour form. Works great in all my recipies.

Flour is grainy but works for flouring my banneton so my dough don't stick

Update: after buying this for maybe my 3rd time, I received a box with it leaking inside the box. It only comes in it's small plastic bag with minimal protection, and the flour was leaking out the crevices of the box onto the floor. I more blame shipping and I'll probably keep buying, but beware. I don't have much special to say about it's taste, but it seems fine to me, and on Amazon this seems to have the best value per dollar. Only thing that could be improved is if they included a resealable bag.

I purchased this to try some gluten free recipes. I have worked with rice flour before in some of my recipes but this one was a bit more cakey, like it had been damp before. I wasn't a fan of that. I don't have a problem with gluten, so I won't be using this again.
