I wasnt very sure about ordering a large appliance on Amazon - especially since the price was most competitive. However the item was delivered the next day! I calld on the number for installation and the engineer (Ben - who was super friendly and professional!) came home and got it installed and showed us how to use the dishwasher correctly. Overall - SUPER impressed and a very happy customer!

Very positive experience so far. Easy to use, minimalistic functions, but dishes always cleaned perfectly. The dishwasher is also more or less silent. Considering the price, bargain so far!

I had high expectations when I purchased this Bosch dishwasher, trusting the reputation of the brand. Unfortunately, my experience over the past month and a half has been disappointing. First, the cleaning performance is not good. While the bottom parts of dishes may get clean, the top surfaces often remain dirty. There is a sliding cutlery tray where food debris gets trapped during the wash cycle, and afterward, dirty water tends to drip onto the dishes from the tray — making the cleaning ineffective. Another issue is the spray arm, which has fewer holes compared to my previous dishwasher. This results in poor water distribution and less effective cleaning overall. What made things worse is the noise. This dishwasher is surprisingly loud during operation. In contrast, my old Whirlpool dishwasher was nearly silent — you could barely tell it was running. With this one, it's difficult to rest or sleep nearby while it's operating due to the constant noise. Overall, I regret this purchase and would not recommend this model. I expected a higher standard of performance and quieter operation from a premium brand.

اشتريتها على بداية رمضان ولم اندم مريحه سهلة الاستخدام لاداعي مطلقا لشطف الاطباق قبل وضعها يكفي ازالة بقايا الطعام فقط . ويفضل بعد انتهاء الغساله من الغسل ان يترك بابها مفتوح لمدة نصف ساعه او ساعه للتهوية حتى لا تسبب اي روائح انصح بشراءها.

The dishwasher is best. Amazon is not handling the installation team nicely. It’s very difficult we need to call our own plumber.

Happy with the purchase. It's our first dishwasher, so I cannot compare it to something else, but the dishes look immaculate.
