Q: Can this be used on leather (finished or unfinished)?

Q: Can you use this to draw (burn) on gourds?

Dear Ronda M., Thank you for your interest in our product. WBT-0004 is produced for wood burning, engraving and soldering purposes as its name says. Anyway the set includes 1 hot knife blade which is designed for cutting artifical fabrics and also theoritically it can be used on gourds as well, despite it isn't produced for working on the material you mentioned. Q: Is the metal part suppose to slightly wiggle inside handle? because mine does and i wasn’t sure if that’s normal. my other one didn’t. i’m new at this

Emily, I have checked mine and did not find any wiggle. I would guess that if the wiggle is very slight, it would have no effect on the performance however the wiggle may increase with use.
