Battery life is very good
Installed this because one of the family members (won't say who) had a habit of leaving the bathroom faucet ON. It's beautiful, heavy construction, very well made. It stays on as long as there is motion in front of the "eye" (unlike airport terminals where the water goes off after 3 seconds). One of the best features is that the batteries last a long time. It was installed several months ago and the batteries are showing no sign of degrading. So, if you do not have an electrical outlet nearby to plug it into, fear not...it works very well on batteries.

First one leaked, replacement works (so far)
The media could not be loaded. The first faucet we received started leaking after around a month. Water kept dripping after water was turned off. Unfortunately we were outside of the return window since it took our contractor awhile to install the faucet. Thankfully, the seller reached out and offered us a replacement faucet. The replacement faucet seems has no leakage so far. Also, with the new faucet we are not getting any small pieces of black sediments in the water which we got from the first one.Faucet is sturdy and pretty big. Sensor works good. Put your hand in front of sensor, water turns on. Remove hand, water turns off after 1-2 seconds.Installation instructions were not very useful. It seems to be for a slightly different model. Was kinda hard to tighten the included water lines and securing the faucet to the sink with all the connectors very close and not providing much room to work on the bolts.

Great product, great quality
The media could not be loaded. My first product had a problem so I contacted costumer support, I was connected within 10 seconds (super fast) they sent me a free replacement with overnight shipping which worked perfectly. Sensor is accurate, you are able to control water temperature with ease and is simple to install. My sink has three holes and is about 30 years old so I did have to make the hole where the water lines go through about 1/2 an inch wider and used same plastic cover to put over the other 2 holes that I was using with the previous faucet.

Does not come with anything needed for installation, including instructions
The website description makes it sound like this has everything you need for installation. It does not come with a base plate. It doesn't fit a standard 1" sink hole so I had to drill the hole a little bigger. It does not have any way of mounting tight to the sink so I'm not sure how you're supposed to get it attached to the sink other than yanking on the two supply lines. I bought a more expensive but complete item from the big box store.

Solid, attractive Faucet, but wouldn’t turn off
Nice and heavy, bright chrome finish, with accessible temperature control. Bought 6 of them for a whole house conversion.. The connecting hoses proved to be about 6 inches too short for my house, so I bought some 3/8 compression fitting connectors and 12in supply lines and got the length I needed although at some expense.I bought these during the recent Prime Big Deal sale and was very happy with the price. A problem arose when one faucet wouldn’t turn off so I was processing a return/exchange, but the seller didn’t offer an exchange option, only a return/refund option. So, I got my full sale-priced cost back, but had to pay full non-sale price for the replacement . Of course I worked with Amazon customer service who , as always, made it right with a credit towards a future purchase for the difference. So we finally got that straightened that issue out, got the “replacement “ and as luck would have it, the hot water connecting hose had a bad leak up inside the faucet. I’m going to try and fix it myself rather than go through the return/repurchase hassle.Better still, would love to have the seller reach out to me and show me some great customer service and solve this issue!

Hoses can't be changed
Cant find longer hoses that fit. It's not a standard hose size. Good luck if the short hoses provided dont reach. No manufacture support. It's a nice heavy chunk of metal. feels nice but 0 warranty or customer support

Works with my small sink
I am every happy with this automatic motion sensor bathroom sink faucet was worried a little that it won't work with the sink I purchased but it fit well. The installation was a little tricky need another set of hands to hold the faucet on the sink while I installed the bracket and nut. Once you set the temp and water pressure/flow there no more touching the faucet.

Runs water continuously with empty batteries???
Just installed this new faucet. It's a heavy chunk of metal, it definitely feels substantial. Love the looks. I have noticed only one odd behavior: When we installed it, the water did not stop running until we installed batteries in it. I wonder what happens when the batteries die - Will it just open up? Is this a design flaw? For now, I will just keep an eye on the batteries, I guess...
