I am a regular user of rice vinegar, and since trying mizkan, I have not bothered with anything else. The aroma, the flavor, the versatility, the SIZE of this bottle (and even then 24oz doesn't last me nearly long enough because I use it at least 3 times a week but it's still larger than most you can find), it all appeals to my inner chef.
