I used this on my kids and still buy it know even though my youngest is 35. Good for rubbing or chafing or anything really. My kids call it Bum cream , always have a tube handy in the house, haha

I have been using Bepanthen Nappy Rash Cream for my little one, it provides a great barrier and keeps the skin moisturised and rash free. The cream is smooth and easy to apply, and it definitely prevents further irritation to the skin. It has a mild scent and is a thick cream which provides a great barrier. I tried many nappy creams and always come back to this one. It really does work! Overall, it’s a fantastic cream and I will always keep a tube in the cupboard.
