I have only used the stove till jow and it is quite giod, easy to clean. the vendor did and amazing job during installation.

Oven not working, very bad. Don't buy never this item ! Support don't answer!

Loved the oven when it came, til i had to use the broiler… it doesnt turn on and when it does it doesnt stay on.

The top burner doesn't work, the oven is difficult to light (takes a long time) and oven doesn't maintain temperature properly - if only I could return this!

I almost returned it because the upper grill wasn’t working. To resolve the issue, ensure the protection panel is installed all the way to the end. When properly installed, the panel should remain steady without any swaying or movement. Inside the hole, there’s a small safety switch that must be pressed by the panel when it’s securely fixed to the end. This switch is responsible for keeping the grill functional. كنت على وشك إرجاع الجهاز لأن الشواية العلوية لم تكن تعمل. لحل المشكلة، تأكد من تركيب اللوح الواقي حتى النهاية. عند تركيبه بشكل صحيح، يجب أن يثبت في مكانه دون أي اهتزاز أو حركة. يوجد داخل الفتحة مفتاح أمان صغير يجب أن يتم ضغطه بواسطة اللوح عند تثبيته بشكل محكم حتى النهاية. هذا المفتاح هو المسؤول عن تشغيل الشواية.

Good Cooking range with very high-end design and safety features, especially when kids access the kitchen. the knob design is very good(not round or slippery) The only thing to be taken care of while using the bottom oven is the door to be open and kept. so hot outside and keep children away

This is unequivocally a budget product: I don’t think I made a smart choice to spend a 30% extra for a known brand to be on the safe side. There are sharp edges and cheap materials all over, it’s wobbly, arguably there’s no difference with the ones in the 800dhs range that I had checked, as they share the same characteristic: * black enamel paint in the oven and under the burners, not stainless steel brushed finish * light and simple light pan support, not cast iron * regular very light burners, no double ring one, no cast iron: just to make an example the hood fan visibly disturbs the flame * manual piezo electric not integrated in the knob turn means you need two hands to start it * adjustable feet go up max 15mm Infact in the same price range you might find competing models with all those better characteristics mentioned above: I invite you to consider carefully if you want something that can last …
