Q: Is there any place where i could buy one with a hungarian layout? or should i buy cherry mx compatible keycaps with my preferred layout?

Only US layout is available for sale in US market. You can replace all keycaps with cherry mx compatible ones except space bar and caps lock key as those keycaps are proprietary design of Bloody.

Q: bloody b975 keystroke 3.5mm? 3.0mm? what is it?

This listing is for B820 which has a keystroke total distance of 3.0. B975 will be released in holiday 2017 and will have 3.5mm keystroke.

Q: Can fn key be remapped back to traditional right windows key? Are all bloody brand keyboards are non-standard keyboards for missing right windows key?

The Fn key is the only key that cant be modified from what ive Tried. I do recommend this keyboard though. it has a lot of feature that you only get in a more expensive board.
