Bought these to hold my workID and access cards. After 250 days the cord snapped. Definitely NOT heavy duty... they claim it will last 100,000 "pulls". That would mean I had used it 400+ times a day every day! Very disappointing, luckily the Amazon Customer Support team saw how poor the item was and how untrue the claims in the listing are.

One rectracable key chain is missing. I received only 1 item.

Didn't expect them to perform so well. I have 9 keys and a small tool on mine. I leave it on my belt all day and open several doors, truck bed lock. It's strong, no sag at all. It can gold a lot of weight and snap back no problem. Amazing product. And have an unused spare for when the spring gives out.

I bought this because I love the ability to grab your key, unlock the door, and let it go and have no fear of losing your keys. I bought this in the middle of January and now it’s the middle of April. Over that period of time, I fell in love with it. I liked it so much, I gave the second set to my good buddy and he’s been using his everyday, too. I’ve been using this for my keys everyday. I’m a key holder at the company I work for, so I may have a few extra keys than the average (maybe—a total of five keys.) Today as I was jogging down the sidewalk, the pulley-wire broke and my ring of keys fell to the ground. I was so disappointed! I love this key chain so much and the ease of use when on a daily basis you are using multiple different keys at work. I want to rate this A HUGE, FIVE STARS, but the product breaking in almost an exact 3 months time is unacceptable! If the seller would correct this and send me a new one, (I can send the old one back to you) I would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT, and change the rating to five stars! I am not ready to buy another one after how quickly it broke, but if you guys would stand by your product and send me a new one, my thinking will change! I LOVE THE PRODUCT—don’t want to change to something different—if you could replace my broken one I would be SO happy. THANK YOU!!!! EDIT: Thank you for the refund. I first bought it 5 years ago. I’ve had a problem here and there but they lasted this long. I recommend it by the price and quality. I wasn’t rough with the use of it so it did the work and I’m totally satisfied with it. I did buy again and hoping to get another 5 years.

I got these to replace one my son was using for his work keys. The other one had a nice strong cord that retracted, until it didn't. This one has a metal cord and it retracts very well. He said he really likes it and feels it won't break. Now what will he do with the second one, LOL.
