Q: What is the brush head diameter?

Not really sure of the diameter but the straw cleaners reall do an amazing job at cleaning out the straws.

Q: Do the wire handles on these brushes bend easily? I want the handles to be very strong and not bend under pressure. Is this the case?

The handles are not very strong. If you force them even a little bit, they will bend. This isn't much of an issue for daily cleaning of a regular drinking straw but, if you plan to put any pressure on them, it might be a problem.

Q: Can this clean a straw of a hydro flask?

I don't know. I don't have a hydro flask to try it. It's the size of a regular straw, if that helps.
