what's the difference between a metal cutting saw and the wood cutting saw !

metal saw rotates opposite direction. so ...if you're going to use this saw to cut wood...you have to change to a wood blade and install the wood blase back side out. this puts the blade in the right rotation. it'll cut wood smooth as silk.

can you purchase another blade to cut concrete with this saw

No. This saw IS NOT designed for that. And the reason is because those types of cutting blades will not fit and the RPM rating IS NOT high enough to handle those sort of tasks.
