well I am happy to report two things, number one the product is great and so far it is lasted for more than a year, number two I was smart enough to fix the Samsung oven myself without hiring a technician, for installation of this thermostat. I actually bought two of these to have a backup, but it doesn't look like the backup will be needed, because it's still working great after a year.

I replaced both baking and broiler igniters, and the thermocouple. These 3 items total was around $100, about 40 min of work and saved having a technician come out and try and charge $1000 for new control board. If your LG range errors out when trying to get up to preheat temp and you get F11 error, this most likely will solve it. Only issue with thermocouple in LG range is temp of off by 20degrees, but can be calibrated on the user interface

Samsung temp control fit fine and seems to be working fine.

My Eletric oven stopped working. It gave me a heat sensor error code. I looked on you tube how to replace this. It was super easy. I pulled the model# off the back of it. I ordered the part. A few days later I was able to install it with a Phillips head screw driver. It took me longer to clean the cooking grime behind my stove than to install the part. Lol. I was so excited to have my stove working again and so grateful it only cost under $12.00 instead of the $150 service call cost plus the up charge on parts etc. Ladies and gentleman please know you can do this stuff yourself and if it wasn’t the heat sensor, I would have removed this part and returned it to Amazon and at least not lost $150 in a repair man fee. Thanks Amazon for making these parts accessible to all of us. Say a prayer, do some research on you tube and do it yourself. What do you have to loose? It’s already broke. 😁
