They don’t last long.

I chewed straight through these after just a few uses, destroying it. If you plan on using this product and seeing benefits over any length of time, you'll need to buy several of them and continue buying them in perpetuity.

It sucks, It doesn't have a tough resistance.

It works, but requires being committed to a schedule with it. Would def recommend over the ones that go on the front of teath. Especially if you have a gagging issue with those. These you can adjust in your mount for a more accurate workout. Its much more natural also to have it on your molers.

This is the third jawline exerciser that I have purchased, however this is my favorite one. This exerciser was hard to use the first time because if it’s thickness. I honestly think this one is making a slight difference for sure. Fingers crossed... these jowls have got to go!!!

This product is very uncomfortable to use. Every time you bite down and release, every single hole on the middle gets sectioned suctioned the side of your mouth and tongue. In theory could've been a good design but practically it's not good at all.. not only does it suction (which I tolerated for a while but starts to be very uncomfortable)but it is very difficult to thoroughly clean inside the holes which obviously collect saliva and can get gross...

Suctions to the inside of your cheeks. Product does not come with case. Useless item.
