I have two of these containers. I use mine for teas. I love the blue and white on my counters and they are a great addition to my Spode collection.

Beautiful Spode Blue Italian container. This piece has a tight seal proof lid and is well made . A multipurpose container that was worth the price . Very pleased!

Attractive & Functional
Very nice jar but I wouldn't say it is large. It's what I consider to be medium sized and serves the purpose of storing biscuits for my tea. The lid is air-tight and requires a bit of pulling which deters stingy fingers from eating too often. Made in China is not my cup of tea but Spode makes all the accessory pieces in China now. You might be able to find originals on ebay but I'm sure you will pay a lot more for them.
