The Body Shop Bath Lily, Natural

I normally buy my loofas from the grocery store, but this time I got one from Amazon because I liked the color :-) To my delight, the color is exactly as pictured! However, it was a little smaller than anticipated. It probably says the size in the description, but who has time to read that? So let me tell you: I am a small human with small hands, and this seems small to me. If you're looking for big loofa, this ain't it!

These loofahs are soft to the touch and lather up very well. They're great in that they can offer a good clean without the rough, scratchy feeling you might get with some of the cheaper ones. This has been especially good when it comes to washing any areas with more sensitive skin (such as the face). Straight out of the box, these actually feel a little bit small. However, they will expand a bit over time with regular use. These loofahs come with an attached cord that allows them to be hung up in your shower. I hang mine off a hook on a shower caddy, and the loofah hangs about 5 inches below the hook.

Came a lot smaller than expected, but overall would recommend I guess

I love this little poof! It's on the smaller side of full sized and one can tell that it is well made. I always trust the quality of the Body Shop so after looking at numerous products similar to this one I went with my reliable standby. I usually buy directly from the body shop but Amazon did not disappoint - the quality is as one would expect-excellent!

I changed this from 1 star to 5 stars for service. I requested a refund for the reason written below and they were very easy to work with and accommodating. Really makes all the difference. ... I used to use these regularly and they were great. The one I just received is much smaller than the page's description: "Product Dimensions: 5.8 x 5.7 x 3.4 inches". (That product description is as of September 11, 2016.) In fact, its diameter is 3 - 3.5 inches and it's much more flimsy than how it used to be before.

The Body Shop used to have such big, lush bath lilies so that was what I was expecting when I ordered this one. When it arrived I had to laugh - it is so small! It fits in the palm of my hand, which is comical since I am very petite and do not have large hands whatsoever. The old ones were so much nicer, they were huge and luxurious!

Great value for the price. When I add my body wash to it, it creates the perfect amount of suds and it is made way better than some that are double or triple the price. Very happy and will purchase again in the future.
