There is a tiny sticker/plug on the bottom of this mug...don't be a dummy like I was and peel this off absentmindely while on a teleconference. It is the seal for the two layers of the mug and once it is off you've ruined your awesome new mug. Total operator error. The mug keeps coffee hot and it is beautiful . A great product. Just don't be a dummy, read the instructions. The sticker is not easy to peel off so don't let that scare you off.
