Good quality, Blackseed oil; easy to swallow
This is very important to use for detoxification. It’s healthy for you and helps certain issues and prevent certain problems. You can look that up on the Internet; reasonably priced. I like the capsules more than the liquid. I don’t seem to taste it when it’s in the capsules.
