Nice product, bad packaging.
When I received the lip balm, and I opened it up, all of the product was on one side and the other side was empty. Although overall itās a nice lip balm for an affordable price :)

Arrived in disgusting condition
Item arrived sealed but it was very sticky and weird, there was even hair attached to it and i threw it away immediately. Its like it was thrown and forgotten about in someone's drawer for a while and they decided to sell it

I'm not sure why I can't buy this in Canadian stores anymore. (Frustrating.) It's my absolute fave lip balm. Actually works - and doesn't further dry out my lips. Ideal for dry Canadian winters.
