Planet Wise Hanging Wet/Dry Bag, Monkey Fun

This bag is a MUST if you plan to cloth diaper! It is very large and probably holds up to about 20 diapers (I use BumGenius 4.0). It really does a great job and containing smells- I keep it in the nursery and it never seems to smell bad when closed. It is also super easy to clean- I just empty out the diapers into the washer and then throw this bag in with it. I dry it in the drier with the inserts on low heat. My only complaint is that sometimes water gets trapped between the liner and the bag, which can make drying time slightly longer. No issues with shrinkage from the drier though. The two handles are a good size and very sturdy- I hang it from the diaper table on a plastic hook. I also love that the bags come in so many sizes and colors! I have the large one in a teal chevron pattern, which is adorable, and I have a smaller one in a cute whale pattern.

I use bum genius elementals which are a bit bigger than just a cloth diaper that you pin(which we used before). Like other reviewers noted... the zipper does need two hands and should be bigger, but other than that its perfect. I live on the second floor of an apartment building and do laundry via Mat so the double handls are perfect for stairs to car to washer with baby in arms. They are just big enough to slide over your shoulder if your hands are really full. I bought Forrest green..lovely and the bag really holds in the smell...no more stinky living room!(studio apt) easy to wash/dry holds 2-3 days, we also throw cloth wipes and thick cotton nickernappies night soakers in there and its still 2-3 days, My only complaint is that I did not buy it sooner, my house has been unnecessarily stinky for over a year!

these large wet/dry bags are the perfect bag if you're cloth diapering. the center pouch is the wet section and holds your 2 days worth of dirty diapers easily (we use pocket diapers which are bulky but it's been great!) and the dry section holds a few diapers that you can either have as storage or put in your ready to use diapers for easy access. this bag is great to use in your nursery because you can just hang it on a doorknob and it's perfect for travel as well so you don't have to worry about what to do with the dirty diapers wherever you're staying. when the bag is full and it's time to wash you just throw this right into the washer and dryer with the diapers and then it's ready to go again. so far no smell seeps out when it's in use and no smell is stuck in the fabric after a wash. all of these great features PLUS so many adorable prints to choose from that you're going to find at least on that is very You.

I've had this bag for about a month, and I like it pretty well. I have a 20 month old, still in diapers, a 4 month old, and a friend's 4 month old that I often take care of. So I end up doing a lot of diaper changes on the floor in my living room, rather than trecking upstairs to the changing table each time. I'm able to just keep this bag hanging on the inside knob of my bathroom door. It takes up so little room, and really holds in odors well. When my 4 year old was a baby, I had a big pail for his cloth diapers, which was a little easier to open up with my hands full of diapers and wipes. This one's a little tricky to unzip when you've got a diaper in your hands, but if you remember to unzip it before the diaper change, it's no trouble at all. It holds quite a few diapers (about 2 - 2 1/2 days worth of gdiapers cloth inserts and cloth wipes for two kiddos...would be lots of room for only one baby), and at laundry time, it's SOOOOOOOO much more convenient than a drawstring bag. The two carrying handles make it simple to get downstairs to my laundry room (lots easier to carry than the bulky drawstring diaper pail liner was), and it's pretty simple to flip it inside out and toss it into the washer with the diapers. It takes a little while for it to fully dry, but I plan to buy one more to rotate while this one is being washed and dried. I haven't had any leaking at all from this one, like I used to with the drawstring pail liner. The only things that keep it from 5 stars are the long drying time, and the slight difficulty in unzipping with a diaper in hand. Also, I found that it was a little too difficult to fit clean diapers and dirty diapers all in at once, but again, I have two kids in diapers, so I need lots of storage space. I'm thinking I may begin putting dirty gdiaper and Grovia covers into the front zipper, since they don't get as messy as the cloth inserts do. All in all, it's a good bag, and a good purchase. I'm pretty pleased :).

My first time using this product, it did not contain my cloth diaper smell. This is why: I got diapers from a friend who had used them for two years, and then stored them for several months until I needed them. This lead to stinky diapers after baby soiled them. I had to strip them. Once my diapers were sanitized and I used the bag for the second time, THE SMELL WAS CONTAINED!! The website stated that it contains MOST smells. I guess it doesn't contain REALLY bad smelling diapers that are beyond baby's ability to stink up. It didn't work due to user error. Once I fixed that, the odor was contained. When I did my laundry during this second round, I could definitely smell the odors this bag contained when dumping in the washer. I wash every other day so I also don't let the diapers go long in there which could help minimizing stink. The handles are not heavy duty and the zipper isn't either. I read a review saying the bag starting tearing at the handle so once it starts getting heavy, I place it on the floor next to the changing table and it stands up just fine. I also don't mind unzipping it with two hands. I'll change the baby and set the diaper aside. Then put baby in a safe place so I can clean up. I unzip the bag, place the wipes, insert and diaper in it and zip it back up. It hasn't been a problem at all for me. I gave it 5 starts because I don't see how the handles can be improved so they don't strain when full. I assume this is just something that comes with the hanging feature. I do agree that the zipper could be bigger, but it didn't stop me from ordering a second bag! I now have two so I can let one air dry. I don't want to tumble dry in fear that it won't last as long. PUL can be sensitive! I highly recommend this bag for cloth diapers! I also bought a medium size for the diaper bag. So glad I can have something cute to store stinky messes!

After seeing someone else with this wet bag on one of the local Facebook cloth diaper groups I knew I HAD to have it. I was told to go on Kellyscloset.com to find it. After seeing that they had it in stock but I would have to pay for shipping, my search for free shipping started. I was able to find it here for the same price (or maybe a little less??) and not have to pay for shipping. That is when I knew it was fate :) This wet bag by Planet Wise is super cute. It will be for my son but would also work for a girl as there is a lot of pink details (but still unisex). I love that it has the 2 handles as my smaller bag with only one handle has started to fall apart. This wet bag will go great with my son's Rocker themed room yet serve it's purpose well. I love the fact that it has the extremely large (I say this now because it's empty lol) pocket with an additional pocket on the outside. I will most likely use the outside pocket for wipes or clean diapers. I ordered this on a Tuesday and it was at my door by Friday after I was expecting to receive it late the following week. This has been a great wet bag so far. I've only had it about a month but so far, no leaks or smell. It really keeps the smell inside, and then washes beautifully when I throw it in the laundry with the dirty diapers. Its true that you can't really unzip it with one hand while holding the dirty diaper with the other. I just need to unzip it first before I take the diaper off. It's worth it to me for the convenience of being able to easily move the bag from room to room and bring it downstairs to the laundry. Also, it seems much cleaner to me than throwing the diapers into a plastic bin, because I wash the bag whenever I wash diapers. I like it so much that I just ordered a small one to carry in the diaper bag. UPDATE: I've now been using this bag for about 19 months. It has held up very well. There seem to be tiny tears appearing around the handles, probably because I stuff it so full with diapers that the weight puts a lot of pressure on those spots. Still, it's not interfering my use of it at all. I still think the bag is great, and would buy it again.

I love these bags so much! I just purchased a second a third bag this week so we can trade them out as we wash! This bag really does contain all the smell, well, until you open it of course! I made the switch to this bag because previously I was using a diaper genie and just put them in the wash from the plastic garbage bags.. but I noticed it was causing my cloth inserts to mold! This allows the inserts to breathe without molding and smelling up the house! I know others made complaints about the bag starting to fall apart when hanging it from their door.. so when I began using mine I decided to never let it hang from the door. I do have a tendency (or I did when I only had the one bag) to over stuff the bag and it would get unite heavy. I could imagine doing this and hanging it would cause tearing. But like I said, I never hung mine on the door. Anyway, the prints are adorable! I love that I can just let the bag fall inside out when putting diapers in the wash and can just drop it in. It makes cloth diapering SO EASY! My husband was really skeptical of cloth diapering in the beginning, and this bag won him over as well! It is a mid have if you cloth diaper!
