Estas mechas de algodón me sorprendieron para bien. Son, sin duda, las mejores que he comprado hasta ahora. Tienen un trenzado firme y parejo, lo cual permite una combustión estable, sin parpadeos ni chisporroteos innecesarios. No se deshilachan, no se doblan al verter la cera, y no generan humo negro si están bien centradas y cortadas. Muy recomendadas tanto para velas decorativas como funcionales. Cuando un producto hace bien su trabajo desde el silencio, sabes que es un verdadero héroe en el proceso.

These wicks are really long! I melted down an old candle that broke and made my own little candle out of it and just trimmed the wick to fit. It was a little smokey when blown out but otherwise a decent wick. I will make larger candles with these soon :)

One of the most important aspects of candle making is choosing the right wick size for your candle. A properly wicked candle is going to burn cleaner and longer, as well as give your fragrance more throw. These wicks are an all natural fiber that are coated in a soy wax, they are pre-cut to the length you order and they come tabbed. They are constructed from natural, flat cotton threads that are interwoven with paper threads. Manufacturer does state these wicks are best if used in a soy based wax, so keep that in mind. I LOVE that this product does not contain any lead, zinc or other metals and I've found these to be really clean-burning wicks. When using these wicks there's no black soot in the jars or tins, which makes for an easy clean out, and if you're anything like me, you're reusing or recycling containers. Perfect for making all kinds of tall standing candles; pillars, container or filled candles, gel candles and specialty candles. I will order more of these again, and again! These are decently thick, which is nice. They burned the candle evenly. I’m so glad I decided to purchase these.

These wicks are the best bang for your buck. You get 100 wicks for such a low price it should be illegal. Plus they are made with great materials. They are even low smoke just like they say they are. I have used mine and they last a very long time while burning and the flame never goes out! I have used wicks that are hard to light and don't stay lit, but these are nothin compared to those! I love them!

Most of the wicks came off of the metal holder. It was annoying because after I secured the wicks inside of the vessels, about 20-30 were unsuccessful due to the wick coming off. I suppose you can put them back together with needle nose pliers but I didn’t have any on hand. It was a real hassle.
