Excellent fit for my heels, sizes 36.5 or 6.5. I could trim it down for a better fit, but I just let the sides fold up naturally against the inside of my pumps. I love that this liner doesn’t have any stickies on the undersides because those always cause the insole’s leather to peel and ruin my heels! With these, because I let the sides fold up by a millimeter or two inside the shoes, it stays in place very nicely! I can understand why people with feet sizes bigger than 36.5 or 6.5 would say this insert is too small. Absorbs dirt and sweat very well! I usually change mine out after a week.

This is my second time ordering these liners. They are a good value and can be cut to size. These are not meant for support; they are for freshness. Some people complained about the liners slipping out, but I use a little bit of double sticky tape to keep them in my shoes. I guess they could try panty-liners in their shoes. It's probably a better value and it comes with adhesion! I hope this review was helpful :)

I purchased these for the numerous garden clogs I've purchased recently, as my feet have become sensitive to the knobby insoles these shoes all have. They are thin but they work. Happy to have found an inexpensive solution. Please note they're small - my shoe size is 8M and I didn't have to trim them.

I bought these so i could go without socks in my shoes. I have purchased similar inserts from Amazon with no problem. However, those must have been from a different supplier. I selected the size that should have my shoes but did not. They are 1/2 to 1 full size TOO SMALL for my shoes. As a result, they are constantly shifting in the shoes and bunching up. Very unhappy.

These are the perfect insoles if you like to wear your sneakers without socks. You can use each pair several times and not ruin your shoes with sweaty feet!
