Beautiful, Great quality, powerful spray, magnetic docking feature
Absolutely love this Faucet! It’s a beautiful Champagne color, not gold! It works perfectly as described. Touch on and off! Perfect for messy hands, just tap on to clean. There is a small light at the base that turns blue when the water is cold, purple when warm and red when hot so you always know the temperature of the water even if you can’t feel it right away. The sprayer is smaller but very powerful and has a great magnetic docking feature! It swivels from the base. Our plumber installed with no problem. This does have 6 AA batteries that power the touch feature. If it stops working check those first! I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.

Quality
Beautiful faucet, easy to install, love the touch to start and stop while washing dishes. Not as much water pressure as I'd hope, but maybe that's a good green feature.

Looks Great, But Built to Fail—Avoid This Faucet at All Costs
I rarely leave reviews this harsh, but the Delta Trinsic Touch Kitchen Faucet with Touchless Technology deserves every bit of criticism. This faucet is a textbook example of style over substance. It may look sleek and modern, but the quality, design, and functionality are a complete disaster. I followed the installation instructions exactly—step by step, no shortcuts. Everything seemed fine at first, but within 24 hours of use, the hose that connects to the faucet completely failed. Not a slow leak, not a minor drip—a full-blown rupture that flooded our kitchen. Water everywhere. Cabinets soaked. Flooring damaged. It was a nightmare. For a product at this price point, that kind of failure is unacceptable. The hose material felt flimsy from the start, and clearly wasn’t built to withstand normal water pressure. It’s baffling that a brand like Delta would release something so poorly engineered. The touchless feature is cool in theory, but what good is it if the faucet itself can’t hold up for even a day? Returning it was the only option, and even that felt like a hassle after the mess it caused. I wanted to love this faucet—it looks fantastic and matches our kitchen aesthetic perfectly—but looks don’t mean anything when the functionality is this unreliable. If you’re considering this model, steer clear. There are plenty of other faucets out there that offer durability, performance, and peace of mind. This one is all flash and no backbone. I’ll never buy another Delta faucet again after this experience. Save yourself the headache and go with something built to last.

Beautiful Solid High End Faucet - Love it
We recently remodeled our Kitchen and wanted a high end modern looking Kitchen faucet to go with the new granite counters, stainless steel sink and white cabinets. I searched for weeks at all the local plumbing stores. I found some cool looking faucets but did not want to pay $450 -$700 for the coolest looking ones I found. I also liked the Kohler faucet in this price range but Holding down the stream button was not going to work for us. I finally decided on this Delta faucet in Stainless Steel. I was worried the stainless would not match my sink but it matches like they were made to be together. I LOVE IT! Pros: It looks very Expensive It is very Sturdy It works Perfectly It has that Modern Look Single Hole The stream button is on a rocker switch and Does Not need to be Pushed and held down to stay on. Yay It stays clean and still looks brand new after 8 months. The pull out works perfectly and retracts every time The pull out has a magnet that holds it in place when retracted Cons None Highly recommended Looks expensive and works perfectly It looks and works better than I expected. Later I wanted a matching faucet for my Espresso Bar sink and did not want to spend over $200 and did not need a stream head so I bought the Moen 5100CSL Level One-Handle High Arc Single Mount Bar Faucet, Stainless Steel and it looks very similar and also is a wonderful faucet for your bar sink if you do not need the adjustable head or pull out hose.

Excellent faucet!
I had this faucet installed 9 months ago in my kitchen by a professional plumber, as part of a kitchen renovation. The faucet has performed as advertised, and is extremely convenient to use. I wondered initially if the touch feature would be a novelty, to wear off quickly... nothing could be further from the truth. The tap has been very well designed, working intuitively. The touch operation saves time and water, and it increases food preparation hygiene since it can be operated using a forearm when hands are contaminated with raw meat or the like. The magnetic holder for the spray nozzle is the best design solution I've seen for keeping a nozzle in place. The tap gets a lot of use, and the original batteries are still going strong. The faucet styling is very much to my liking. So far, I have only good things to say about this faucet. Delta support is also very good for the product. My original shipment contained a broken plastic piece where the spray nozzle fits into the goose-neck spout... so, originally, the nozzle did not fit snugly into the spout. I notified Delta online, providing a picture of the damaged part. They sent me an entire new faucet, from which I extracted the part I needed, swapped it into my installed unit, then returned the balance back to Delta via a shipment number they had provided to me. Very smooth handling of support!

A good idea, with poor implementation (Updated)
The upgrades to this model were not adequate to fix the overall reliability issues with the faucet. You'll note that most reviews are from relatively new owners of this faucet. This is my second, and both have mechanically failed rather quickly (the first in 18 months, the second in 9 months). Delta made several improvements to this version of the faucet. A waterproof battery compartment and nylon hose to replace the previous metal hose. But the magnetic ring that holds the spray head in place is simply a plastic-wrapped magnet. It rusts out, swells, and causes the spray head to sit at a canted angle (very noticeable) and eventually to not snap in place. We were refused warranty service on our first faucet, but invested in a second because my wife thought it was pretty. She's "pretty" done with Delta. I've called them twice, and submitted three warranty request in their temperamental web form. No help. Just a lot of time on hold. Sorry Delta, I think it's a good idea. But you have to back it up with a solid build and actual customer service. A $450 faucet needs to last more than 9-18 months. Maybe you should label it a "disposable" faucet? Normally I would give two stars for the idea. But an utter lack of customer support brings no pity from me as a consumer. (UPDATE). After weeks of ignoring me I left this poor review. Magically that evening the half dozen earlier requests were all replied to! Must have been a problem with the unicorns. Anyway I was shipped a kit to replace the known faulty part without having to contact Delta again. The part was easy to replace and worked like a charm. I’ve increased my rating, because it really is a nice faucet and my wife loves it (so I do too). I’m a bit miffed they respond to Amazon more than their customers. But... we all know this is the new American way so I won’t grouse. It’s fixed and I have three new parts so expect it to work fine for a couple of years. Onward and upward.

Beautiful and convenient
This is the most stylish and functional faucet. We did a kitchen remodel last year and this completed the look beautifully. We love the touch automation My only complaint is that when the battery for the touch activation runs out, you cannot turn the faucet on manually. You have to replace the batteries in order to have running water. The batteries last for about a year, so I have a reminder set annually so we won’t run into that issue again. Otherwise, we LOVE it!

Poor quality
I think Delta could have made this faucet a better quality . The biggest problem I have after using it for only a month and a half is that water flow sucks and the spray/regular button already got issues. This faucet has two water flow options: spray or straight water flow. After only one month and a half, I already got three big problems: 1st problem, spray not powerful enough: The pull out spray is good since it has a bit more power to wash leftovers on a plate, but it is not powerful enough and I still need to use a sponge to clean up the sauce that stuck on a plate. So what is the point of the spray function while it can't do the job? 2nd problem, water drips: Switching it back and forth between spray and straight water flow for a month already caused an issue: after I switch from spray to straight water flow, the water drips from the spray holes. This is very annoying cuz the botton is already broken after only a month. 3rd problem, connector got snapped off: One time I pulled down the faucet and the water pipe under the sink got snapped off and water just flooded my base cabinet. It is that little black plastic connector that holds the pipes together, but it can be easily snap off and cause water to flood out. Luckily I can put them back together, but since this incident, I have to be very careful every time I use it. I like the modern look of this faucet, but it totally sucks. I wish I can return it and buy something else. Absolutely won't recommend it to friends and families.
