Product came damaged. Lipstick was stuck in the lip

Ordered this as it was highly recommended by a YouTuber 🙄. The color does not last long, and is not flattering as a matte alone, which was what I originally bought it for. It applies on patchy and is brighter than advertised. I find that I need to add a gloss and then add this lipstick for it to look decent. But again, the lipstick doesn't last long.
