Are they really jis? hozan website says they are regular phillips.

If a manufacturer doesn't specifically claim B4633, then you're looking at a DIN 5260-PH/ISO 8763-1 product, despite the "JIS" label. Even Sunflag no longer specs B4633 on their own website. It's increasingly difficult to find TRUE JIS drivers.

What are the corresponding Phillips point sizes for these 4 drivers? I need P1, 2, and 3.

Bob, your question is as confusing as my set of screwdrivers. I assume you are shopping for JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) screwdrivers to match the (American??) sizes of P1, 2, and 3. I tried to do that too. I ordered this set AND two Vessel brand screwdrivers I thought were JIS but came as P2 and P3. Those two have ball handles that feel so good I kept them in spite of them not appearing to be JIS by looks and by the numbers on the handle. All I can do is list the screwdrivers I have and tell you the shaft sizes as I compare them to my Sears Craftsman set of Phillips screwdrivers. In increasing order of shaft size (using my digital caliper), they are: Shaft size in inches Label on Handle .116 Hozan D-530-75 No.00 .124 Craftsman P-0 .156 Hozan D540-100 No. 0 .187 Craftsman P-1 .196 Hozan D550-100 No.1 .196 (yes it's the same) Hozan D-555-100 No.2 .248 Craftsman P-2 .250 Vessel 220 P.3-150 This tip really looks like a blunt American P-3 with a different angle to the tip - maybe it truly is a JIS .251 Vessel 220 P.2-150 (Yep, the P.2 has a larger shaft than the P.3!) The tip looks identical to an American P-2 - angles and all .312 Craftsman P-3 The tip is definitely sloped back more than the Vessel 220 P.3Can you see why I'm confused. The JIS No.2 has the same shaft size as the JIS No.1. Can it really handle a larger screw? True the tips are cut differently (JIS 1 to JIS 2) but will that make the No.2 handle a larger screw with such a small shaft? Try as I might, I just cannot see much difference in the "Plus-shape" of the screwdrivers, looking straight into the ends of the tips. Thus I'm not going to suggest what you should purchase to match P1, 2, and 3. I must admit I have not applied these to my Japanese motorcycles much to verify they won't strip screws. Here's hoping. And I hope the above sizes tell you something and help you decide what to purchase. Good luck with that.

The JIS driver is needed for JIS screws but how does it work on standard USA philips? Does the JIS screwdriver work well with both?

They work just as a philips screw driver will work on JIS screws even though it is not recommended. Also these are cheap junk, hollow handles that can't any hard use at. My advise, look elsewhere.

what sizes come in this set?

00, 0, 1, and 2 but the #1 and #2 (marked) appear the same size. I can't recommend this set as the handles are very thin hollow plastic and easy to break.

Don't mess your bike up buy these you'll like them

I use these when I tore apart the carburetors on my 1984 Honda nighthawk 650 and my 1986 Honda Rebel 250. These are absolutely a necessity if you're working on any Japanese bike. Those are not Philips screws that you're looking at!!!! They are jis!!! Do not strip your JIS screws by using Philips screwdrivers you will mess them up. These are cheap and they work awesome it's worth the investment especially if you're working on your own bike.

If you work on vintage Japanese electronics, you need these screwdrivers. They fit the Japanese screws perfectly. US screwdrivers just don’t fit properly.

Not a true JIS, but work as intended

The new specs of screwdrivers tend to fit very well within the JIS, These aren't exasctly JIS, but fit a lot better than a standard phillips. These are the new style which work well with both JIS and Phillips. Regardless a very high quality screwdriver at a great price.

Mandatory for Japanese Dirt Bikes

A JIS screw is not a Phillips, and you will eventually strip them using a Phillips head driver. These are difficult to find in stores, but are invaluable to any one maintaining japanese dirt bikes IMO
