I order these for my husband's aunt and uncle who swear by them. They no longer could find them in their local stores, so I ordered them for them. They claim to get benefits from this product with helping with their focus and sleep. They haven't mentioned any bad taste or stomach upset from them. My husband and I started taking Cognium three weeks ago. I have noticed an improvement in my word recall which was the issue for me. UPDATE: It has now been six weeks in Cognium and I can really tell it us helping me with memory and especially focus! I think this helps my focus. They are easy to take, quality is good. I don't take these for any pain relief or for sleep. There is not taste.
