Not real durable
Bought for portion control.in restraunt. Works great for salads. Used it in ice cream and swipe arm bent. Still works but will only use it on soft foods in.the future

Great tool
Not just for ice cream. I use this scoop for cake batter in bundt pans, cupcakes, mini meatloaves, etc. The smaller size acoops are great for uniform sized meatballs, cookie dough, etc. Makes cooking more easier and more enjoyable.

Not sturdy enough for ice cream
This is an excellent scoop for soft things like cookie dough, potato and macaroni salad, but just doesn't hold up for ice cream.

this is a good ice cream scoop! get it! 2.7 oz is a bit bigger than I was expecting but it's actually the perfect size scoop of ice cream. glad I got it!
