Bought this for my wife who had no hearing in her right ear, (to much standing in front of speakers at night clubs in her teens) it was getting embarrassing friends and family keep having to repeat themselves. She has had a NHS hearing but found it painful to wear, the new hearing aid she finds comfortable and also works very well and has very clear sound. Thanks for making life easier

I bought this item and found out that it doesn’t work. I raised a return request and got sent a tracking code and a note that a Royal mail employee would come to collect. After days on no show by the royal mail I took the item to the nearest royal mail depot and got told that the slip I got doesn’t make sense and can’t be used. Trying to get hold of you guys is like trying to find a needle in the ocean. I need to know what’s the way forward urgently please I want my money back and your item collected.

Surprisingly small but extremely powerful. On the lowest volume level it really helps boost the higher frequency. Good for listening to television but not good if someone in the room screws up foil or moves metallic objects. Has the amplification of more expensive units.

As others have written, you get a lot of unwanted noises even on low volume and an annoying whistle whilst fitting it in your ear. I suffer from mild tinnitus and after use, I found it was worse, obviously aggravated by the increased sound. I've returned it for a refund.

I’m happy with the product but it needs to provide information on what type of batteries and domes in the instructions as I’ve wasted a lot of time and money trying to get the correct ones

These hearing amplifiers are great value for money, a fraction of the cost of similar hearing aids. Easy to change battery and the volume. Very comfortable to wear, you don't know you've got them in. So much easier than national health ones if you wear glasses and a face mask! Would highly recommend.

A mi me funciona perfectamente. Hay que elegir el capuchón más adecuado para que cierre herméticamente el oído. Si no cierra bien, se oyen pitidos. Es cuestión de práctica: ajustar el capuchón y el volumen,

Lo compré para mi padre quien lo ha usado desde el mismo día de recibirlo , hace 1 mes y medio, Justo hoy me ha llamado para decirme que no funciona, existe garantía? Cual sería el proceso? Edito, nadie pendiente de dar respeusta, quitare estrellas como vayan pasando los días Edito: por petición de mi padre compré un segundo audífono, adivinen que paso? Justo al mes deja de funcionar, no vale la pena y no existe respuesta de servicio EDITO Compre una segunda unidad a petición de mi padre, ERROR, duro menos que el primero. NO LO RECOMIENDO, SON DESECHABLES
