Unsafe Product and Zero Accountability — I bought a Microsoft-branded keyboard from Amazon UAE after following their customer-service advice. The unit arrived defective and unsafe; a battery had already exploded inside. This was my second faulty keyboard in two days. I contacted Amazon several times, but the responses were careless and unprofessional. Amazon is ignoring clear safety and consumer-rights issues and taking no responsibility for defective products or damages. Was working well first month. No longer works even after changing batteries

Keyboard works fine but I received a version with an Arabic keyboard which was not as described.

Very good keyboard, although the track pad could be bigger. Takes a bit to getting used to as not every action is intuitive.
