I love this stuff. Especially on a glp1 diet, I need a lot of protein. Mix this with almond milk or Greek yogurt all the time to get the taste of ice cream on a much healthier path. Been getting this same flavor for years. Let’s collab!!

My son takes this with his oatmeal in the mornings. He loves the flavor and gets his protein for the day in one sitting.

My first impression is very positive. Great flavor I really didn't expect such rich and creamy flavor. I am mainly looking for different powders flavors mixability. I have a primary shake for before and after workouts, a long with switching it up using this for in-between meal shakes (lunch, evening) not packed with calories and carbs. The egg protein was another seller I like this for an evening or last bit of protein of the day. Only time will tell if this new addition to my diet.

I've been considering buying this protein for years. Years!! I must have built the hype up in my head because the protein wasn't as good as I believed it would be. I ordered the cookie dough flavor. The protein wasn't bad by any means, it was good. But I think I had too high expectations thinking that it was going to be like cold stone ice cream. Obviously I was wrong. Mix it with some chocolate milk, or make a chocolate protein milk shake and it is great. W This wasn't my usual post workout protein drink, but I used it for those kind of special dessert occasions. I took off a star because of my super high expectations not being met. :(

I’m not big on protein shakes, but when I need a meal replacement, it’s really hard to find a decent protein to stomach down without the gas, bloating, and liquid poop. I tried a decent scoop of this with water and the taste was pretty good, a little pasty tasting but overall way better than other garbage I’ve tried. Like all protein powders, our bodies must get used to the nutrients...normally this results in bad gas or stomach pain but I didn’t experience that with this supplement. I felt full for a while which is okay, has decent fat content but protein is very low, only 22 grams per serving. Overall good taste and mixes well but protein is low for only 25 servings and $30 a can, that’s $1.20 per scoop. I would have liked at least 30-40 grams protein.
