I take a split dose of 300 - 315 mg a day of NP Thyroid for Hypothyroid and find that these give me a great boost at around 4 pm since I take my meds at 830 am and midnight away from food. I think it is helping me with maintaining my weight as well if along with 500 mg of green tea extract a few days a week (the caffeine free kind) a bit of weight loss.
