Poor quality
Scratch on the watch requested return and followed up 3 days no support customer service agent behaviour very poor they transfer to different agents while others having no clue and disconnecting chat directly they are forcing you to use defective products and not returning it

love the watch, i have like a dozen of these in varying colors including the OG rose gold unit... the ONLY DRAWBACK is the batteries last about a year, year and a half, ( tried many 0 my jeweler charges me to change all four ( yes 4 batteries in it to the tune of abour 82 dollars, each....) that's a nice car payment the first couple times i hauled them in and said change em all 16/18 watches x 80 bucks each, so i rotate which look I want for the year, change 2/3 and rotate use, but i always come back to a black one.. and the rose gold which is NOT fading out, looks like new yet. now the cost is me... i 100% recommend the watch line.
