Hi, My friend could not swallow the bigger vitamins. This vitamin has awesome ingredients and is gluten free. No other multiple vitamin compares to the healing this multiple vitamin does for me. Taken along with 2000mg of fish oil, Vit D3 5000IU, Vit C, zinc, Mg citrate and more helps me/my sons and others. Good oils are needed for fat soluble vitamins to absorb. Taken with a meal adds cofactors. This multiple gives energy/helps to heal the brain/body. It is awesome! Older people may get no iron kind so they don't have too much iron in their body. Hair test show good minerals and heavy metals. I also take other supplements like coenzyme Q10, Alpha lipoic acid, rhodiola, krill oil, evening primrose oil, lecithin, phosphatidylserine/DMAE, CLA and more. Best wishes.

I can tell when I do not take this brand. Dessert vegetarian and hyperallergenic. When I don’t take them I know my energy is gone I’m tired even more than I normally am and I can just fill a total drain on my whole body. I’ve been taking this vitamin for over 18 years and I will never buy anything else ever again.

My 12 year old has never willingly eaten a vegetable and only occasionally will eat fruit. I was very concerned about his nutrition and since he is able to swallow pills, decided to start him on these mini-tabs. The tablets are not small (I'd hate to see the regular sized ones!) but they are packed with vitamins and minerals and even if he takes half the adult dose (which is 6 tabs per day) I know it's an improvement.
