Worked great for what I needed. Nice finish as well, didn't have to paint over it for bathroom ceiling.

The mold and mildew feature worked for only one year. After that, the mold and mildew was back with a vengeance. Waste of time and money for this product. It might work in an arid environment, but is totally useless in the humid South.

Covers well and looks great, excellent product

We love this paint but it arrived damaged with paint all over the inside of the box. Additionally, the replacement came in worse condition with paint dripping from the box leaving stains on my front porch. I got permission to not return the paint but I am still working on getting a refund.
