Ultra Hybrid Pro

The GOOD: I've had these on my Airpod Max's for the above time. The metal exteriors are perfect and have been well protected from scratches. I'm not hard on my headphones, so I can't say they would protect against bashes that might dent the aluminum. But I do think they would minimize a dent in that way. The Spigen protective cover has yellowed over the years, but only noticeable when removed to clean. The Weird: I wrote this review after doing a cleanup of the headband and noticed what looked like thin exterior plastic coming off the protectors. I thought that they were falling apart and it needed to be replaced. But I investigated a bit further, and I now think that I never removed the plastic film that were laminated onto each of the covers. It just now started pealing. Yuck. Anyway, I washed them off with warm water and dried the covers. They look new except for the light yellowing of the plastic due to age. Otherwise, they look like brand new. Overall I'd say that they have served their purpose with the expectation that they will last a few more years. Yeh!

Great product, looks great and have had for awhile now. Still clear and looks great. It takes a beating and the actual headphones are perfect. I'm very happy with them!

They fit perfectly. The shell is somewhat hard but slightly flexible. Easily slide into case unlike rubber that harder to slide in and closing the case. It also looks good.

Fits great

Quite happy with the this purchase - I thought they might look goofy, but they give the AirPods a shiny look, have had a few friends say thru look nicer than without. Of course they also do a great job of protecting the AirPods, and at the price point they go for - this is a great investment. Worth the price and worth the extra weight!

Not much to say when something is just about perfect. They are unquestionably the very best

Spigen makes great products - there's no doubt there. These clear covers are excellent, and were an immediate purchase after I got my AirPods Max. They feel great, make me feel less concerned about accidentally scratching my cans, and also show off the brushed aluminum look very nicely. They say they're not going to yellow with age, but that's something I can't attest to. (Update: mine have yellowed) That said, I decided I wanted to switch out the covers for something with more color for a bit, and thus this is where I've docked one star. These are super hard to get off. I know, I know - that's kind of the point because you're unlikely to remove them once they're on because that's the whole point of covers: they protect. But the ease of slipping on does not equate to the ease of slipping off. I actually felt nervous because I had to really get in there with my fingers and firmly grip the cans themselves, and eventually had to ask my fiance to pry them off (while I bit my non-existent fingernails). Again, I realize most people usually won't be changing out the covers once the Spigens go on, but just saying.

I just got these about 20 minutes ago and already liking them, I bought another pair that came with the silicon covers for the cushion part, and a piece for the head ban, different brand for 15 dollars, they were hard to get on and off, the silicon would bend when installing them. These ones no problem what so ever, went on so easy. You pay more but it is well worth it. I never write a review this quick but had to on these.

They look great but there was a little scratch on one of the ear pieces but will still use them as they will protect my AirPod max headphones

Cosa si potrebbe migliorare (Contro): * Accumulo di Polvere: L'unico piccolo difetto è che, essendo una cover rigida e trasparente, tende a intrappolare piccole particelle di polvere tra la cover stessa e il padiglione della cuffia. Questo non compromette la protezione, ma per mantenere un look impeccabile è necessario rimuoverla e pulirla periodicamente, operazione non sempre immediata. In Conclusione: È una cover protettiva di altissima qualità che svolge egregiamente il suo compito principale. La consiglio a chiunque metta la sicurezza al primo posto. Le 4 stelle sono dovute unicamente al piccolo compromesso estetico legato alla polvere, che richiede una manutenzione periodica. Per il resto, è un prodotto quasi perfetto.

Once you have these on and tweak their positioning to be exactly over the microphones and buttons etc, they look great and offer excellent protection against scuffs and scratches to these expensive aluminium cans. They add a tiny bit of bulk but only a couple of millimetres and not even enough to stop the case going on OK. They keep the look of the headphones perfectly and even maybe enhance them slightly with the gloss shine of the covers. If they stay as clear and don’t yellow over time, which this type of PU plastic tends to, then I will be very happy. Quite pricy but well made. I would consider them an essential purchase for the iPod max headphones.
