Felt a rush of strength on the second sip, my body knows this is GOOD STUFF. Whoever is saying this is rectum flavored has the palette of a 5 year old - or perhaps they were tasting something else ;) I find nothing unpleasant about the flavor. It's stronger than white ginger, but within the same flavor profile with a bitter edge. Ya'll people need to learn to take your medicine. I'm excited to experience the benefits. I'm already feeling highly energized from the first few sips so I'm gonna take it slow.

This black ginger works and taste great!

Definitely isn't the best tasting powder. So I mix this with my matcha powder in the morning. After taking this for about a week I definitely noticed results I'm 66 years old and have a little bit of neuropathy. So I bought this to help my blood circulation to my feet. This helped my feet just a little bit. But it helped my girlfriend a lot more. Now chubby wakes up with me every morning! My girlfriend loves the changes in me that has happened to me since I've been taking this.

I use this in my smoothies and then doing so I don’t have any taste. The quality is great and it seems like a very good value for the money.

It's too early to tell any improvements. Usually with supplements you see true benefits after 30 days but mostly after 60 days. It tastes horrible. So the reviewer that said it tastes great clearly was paid to say that or, he/she is a moron lol. All raw supplements taste bad in powder form I use raw honey to try to make it easier to swallow. I'll update in 45 days as to any benefits

Excellent energy from a trusted brand

All I can say is wow. This ginger gave me an experience I did not anticipate. I have taken lots of ginger, plai, turmeric, galangal, and other ginger relatives, but never have I encountered this stuff! I took a dose of this stuff one evening before a run not expecting anything and it gave me a noticeable boost that I enjoyed. That being said, It certainly tastes like medicine, with a peculiar but not intolerable flavor. It also leaves a trailing mouth sensation that feels a bit numbing. I personally like flavor in my herbs (plus much like bitter reishi, the potency and quality of the medicinal compounds in the plan are reflected int he flavor). Squeemish folks can take the encapsulated form. I will be adding this to my work out stack along with their cordyceps. I will note though, that I would not add this to a drink as I did several times. The flavor is too hard to mask. I will try one more time with OJ. The lable says to mix with honey, and this does a good job of masking the flavor.

A friend of mine recommended this stuff to me. I had never heard of it, but decided to try it. The taste is terrible! I tried mixing it with my smoothies, with fruit, and milk, juices, nothing helped make it easier to drink. I tried it for about a month or two, followed instructions, but did not notice any results.

I bought this product to see how it would help with my hypertension, as with conventional medication my BP still fluctuates. It works well & have seen an improvement in BP and general wellbeing. Tastes awful in water or juice but much better in an espresso! The benefits far outweigh the taste issue.

Good product ,no doubt about it ,not great tasting but with a dash of honey it is quite palatable.😆

I've tried other brands of black ginger but this is the best quality. not cheap but far better than other brands.

I've given it 4 stars because its doing something. As for what I'm not sure. My body feels hotter. I took it about 8pm, only 1/8 ts with water. I then could not sleep at 11pm, so I took 6mg of melatonin which usually knocks me out in 20 minutes. It didn't. I was up until 2am. I've now just woke with 4 hrs sleep and have energy, and fedl hot. I suspect its not suppose to be this potent but perhaps my body is super sensitive. Usually I have very cold hands. I suspect this improved my circulation. They don't feel cold this morning. My heating is off and its 12c outside and 20c inside. I will have a break from this and try it again at 1/16 ts in the morning in a few days to see what happens. So far the only other thing to boost my energy this much is a coffee. Which I also rarely have but this stiff is stronger than coffee since melatonin still didn't work.

The real deal , potent and amazing for gym and cardio and libido. A little goes a long way
