This review is for men who seeks ways to improve their sex life or gym results. I bought it, because I wanted to boost my testosterone, libido. I didn't know if I needed, but decided to try it blindly. Unfortunately it did nothing, zero. And it's not because of the brand. Few months after I stopped taking it, I finally did my first thorough lab tests of all my hormones. My total T was low(in the range), free T was low (in the range) and sex hormone was norm. So that's why I didn't have any results, as my sex hormone wasn't high. From what I know/read and my experience boron can lower your SHBG if it's high. You should take it and you can see/feel a boost only if your sex hormone is too high(it binds with T and make your free T low). You can blindly try it, but I recommend to do lab tests first. For some people it works(because of above), but for people like me it does nothing.

Read up on the advantages of taking Boron as a supplement and figured that I would give it a try to see if it works for me. Glad I did. First, took the recommended dosage (2 pills), and did not take anything else to get a better basis for my non-scientific experiment. About an hour after, did not feel sluggish or tired, did feel more energized but not in a caffeinated way. No buzz or twitchy feeling, just not tired. So for the first day and first dosage, it’s a win. Will continue and update (if I can) if the results are reliable and consistent.

Easy to swallow

I can say I feel a difference. I can’t put it into words. It’s just a feeling like something has changed. A feeling of a positive energy. I been using for almost 2 weeks. About 5 days in I began feeling a change. Worth a try. It maybe placebo. If it is it’s the best placebo effect I have ever experienced

My husband had been using this product for about six months and loved it. He had increased energy and stamina. This most recent bottle, however, has caused him to break out in hives twice. He said that there is now a lemony aftertaste. The first time it happened, he had not taken Boron for about a month. He started taking this new bottle and about five days later, he was covered in hives head to toe. We did not think it was the boron because he had already been taking the same brand for six months and had no issue. But he still stopped taking it just in case. This time, it has been probably six months and he decided to take it again because he was feeling low on energy. He never threw away the last bottle, so he popped one. This time he immediately felt itchy and had raised red blotches on his chest. Now we know it is definitely the Boron because nothing else in his routine changed. So this bottle is in the trash. We will have to find a new brand.

I believe it's a quality supplement

I’m quite happy with the results. The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste.
