High Quality, same as you have in the gym

The Dumbbell rod is a good one. Strong and quality wise also it is good. The only drawback which I found is the clamps gets unscrewed very easily, even when we workout for a long time. But it’s okay we can tight it again. But sometimes it’s a little annoying.

Exactly what I needed. They are super strong and of good weight that makes you feel that they are gonna last for years to come. They work perfectly with weights I have. I have ordered 14 inch and it can fit two plates on each side which is perfect for my needs. Special mention about the screws, they just glide which makes it easy to change the plates quickly during the workout.

Works well and is sturdy if screwed to the end. Else there is some play, I assume to deal with tolerances on the thread. Once the plate at the dumbbell reaches the end it stabilizes completely.
