These are not what I expected. The suction is minimal, and they don't provide a comfortable grip for the fingers to rest on.

Omg if you like pain this is the product for you. Like a fool I tried it on my dry skin 🔥🔥🔥😖😖😖”YEEOOOUCCHHH!!!” Do not do that. Then I doused my thigh (area with the most cellulite) with oil like the girl in the video. That helped it glide around easier but still the same death grip on my skin....it left welps from pulling on my flesh. I know beauty is pain but this was torture n my pain threshold is pretty good. I mean I pushed four kids put of my body...but this I’ll pass on. Abs that’s on Mary had a lil lamb! 🐑

I have Spinal Stenosis and I am beginning to have discomfort. This product really helps with the discomfort in my shoulders and back so much that I ordered a second set. I like that you can control the amount of suction because some areas of pain are more sensitive than others. I do not like the bruising that comes with using this product, but I discovered that once applied, if you move them every couple of minutes within the targeted site, or if you lighten how much suction is applied, this will help minimize bruising. I wish there was a way to apply them to my back without someone else assisting me.

My massage therapy professional has a premo/pro set that performs a little better than these, but I have never regretted getting or using these at home! Size variety is useful. This long-time chronic pain sufferer is glad to have these in my self-care rotation.
