Not the cheapest product, but a little goes a long way so it lasts for ages. Leaves carpets clean and soft, dries quickly, and doesn't leave behind a sticky residue. Works nicely on upholstery too, and has a pleasant scent. Been using this for years and have always been very happy with its performance.

I sold Kirby's many years ago and shampooed quite a few carpets. Recently bought a used machine, so once again tasked with shampooing our carpet, and a few friends carpets too. Kirby shampoo leaves the carpet smelling nice and feeling soft & silky.
