Really adds flavors

This is good cooking wine. I used it in a recipe and it played very well with the rest of the recipe and I wouldn’t use it as a drinking wine though because it does say cooking wine on it but it’s very good for what I made it with.

The only brand I use for Asian cooking. It brings out/enhances other flavors in the sauces.
