Always not working and need repair

Save your money and AVOID. The product worked great while it lasted, HOWEVER, was shocked to read all the other reviews that experienced the same issue as us. It kept tripping our circuit breaker and one day just never turned on again. Shameful as it's one of most expensive compared to alternatives, and Philips should really have quality control in place for electrical issues that clearly affects many customers (extremely dangerous btw). Repairing costs as much as a new one but that obviously makes no sense if this is a recurring issue with the entire model line. A recall and a refund is the least the company can do given its a mass fault, though that will never happen. Good scam by Philips, surely won't buy any other products from them as a result. I strongly advise both Amazon and Sellers to remove it from their product offering in light of the danger and faults, to avoid inevitable future issues with customers.

I bought this Philips steam iron 1.5 years back and it still works well. The seller is genuine. Had a small issue and contacted us and got it resolved. Very convenient and easy to use.

Soooo useful, still don’t know how to fully use it BUT did a demo and worked beautifully, got it because i am not an ironing person, afraid of burning cloth! End up burning my own hand because of the steam

All good. My personal preference is to get hot faster

Causing the fuse to trip.

The elictrical part is not working after 2 years. It is making short circuit every time I plug it

رائعه جداً جداً، بخارها قوي وارتفاعها ممتاز وثابت، لذلك الـ ليّ حق البخار ماينعدم أو ينكسر مثل البقية إللي تطلع وتنزل وتكون غير ثابته بالاضافة إلى القطعه الخلفيه تخلي اللبس ثابت وقت الكوي وحامل العلاقه يسهل عليك تكوي اللبس وتشيله بنفس علاقته مباشرة
