Nutri Advanced Vitamin D3 Liquid Drops - 1000iu Vitamin D for Healthy Immune System, Bones, Muscles & Teeth - Orange, 30ml

I usually get Vit D3 as pills, but I decided to try the drops this time. They are very good, they are as effective as the pills. Easy to swallow, good taste. They come in a glass bottle with a glass pipette, which is great, as the pills always used to come in a plastic container ( and I try to avoid plastic at all costs).

Firstly, please consult a nutritionist before taking this. Drs know absolutely nothing about vitamin D intake and requirements even if tested. My nutritionist recommended these drops and they are fine to take in the morning (I do 4 drops under the tongue every other day). I eat a lot of salmon and veg so do bear in mind the natural vit D intake when taking these. DONT take too much.

I started consuming drops a few days ago. They are very tasty. I hope it will increase the level of D vitamin that is quite low, in my case .
