Really easy to use. Just plug in and it will start to heat up. I used mine to germinate tomato seedlings. I had about 30 seeds that all germinated within 5 days. Seeds without the mat took over a week. Planted some jalapeños next, which took around a week to germinate. All plants are doing great now, more than a month later. Be careful not use after germination or you risk leggy plants.

Excellent product which takes up less space than my heated propagator and works just as well. I use the 2 I bought, with mini 12-cell propagators, 3 per mat, which are ideal for germinating individual seeds.

Had the mat around a year,and use it 24/7 - literally it is on all day and night - to keep my exotic plants happy. I recently put this to use with some tomato and chilli seeds, and my seedlings are doing great! I would recommend this product.

been working well without fuss. well made and solid piece of equipment.easy to fit into a rectangular frame or box to conserve heat and keep the seed trays nice and cosy. I used two sheets of glass as a cover so I could alter temperature within reason as required.

Worked like a charm for the first year, but now it barely even heats. Unsufficient for the purpose.

Very well made product. Ideal for one standard seed tray or several small pots and containers. Doesn't get too hot, just a gentle heat. Good value for money.

I bought 2 and use them with a clear plastic container which works like a propagator.
