I took this with no intention of changing my drinking habit and have been surprised that it has reduced the noise in my head that tells me to drink. Ive just completed 3 18 hour days in a stressful environment and when I did have a drink I didnt then get the 'thirst' to drink more. I tried to get a prescription drug to curb my drinking but it was so erratic I didnt qualify. This is exactly what I needed and will continue to take it to stop me drinking. I never ever review products… but I feel I should as may help others take the risk and try it.. I’ve used alcohol reduction medication previously and had binge drinking problem for over 25 years now…. took 2 of these tonight … normally I’d power drink through whatever was my chosen drink of the day…. I use these to help stop the urge when i need a drink, im one of those “just one bottle of wine will be ok” then i order two more off deliveroo etc so i know im on a slippery slop. These have instantly stopped that craving? Hard to explain so id recommend you try it if you struggle with willpower for dry periods from booze like i do! It genuinely has silenced the devil on my shoulder telling me to order wine! Usually the urge comes around 3-4pm now i pop two of these and the urge disappears in 10-15 mins. Rather than spend £20 on booze tonight, order these and try tomorrow. Dont take first thing in morning with any other supplements. Use them when the urge is telling you to order some alcohol for delivery and enjoy! I’ve gone from 9 bottles of wine last week to 0 in 6 days this week, all thanks to this amazing Kudzu Root!!

Didn’t work for me sadly Trying to cut back alcohol this is more like placebo If you can you will But it doesn’t give you the needed stop craving feeling

So far so good. I’ve only had 2.5 pints in 3 weeks since starting these and I found I didn’t particularly enjoy the drinks I had. It’s like someone’s turned off that nagging in the back of your head urging you to get drunk. Every Friday driving home from work I’d be planning my weekend around booze and now I’m planning it around my family. I wasn’t a hardened drinker, I’d drink 2-3 times per week but when I started I didn’t know when to stop. That’s all gone now and I can’t thank this supplement enough. For those of you who used or knew someone who used Champix to stop smoking, it’s like that but for alcohol.

Did not work for me but these things are different for everyone.

It certainly helps you drink less, you feel like you have had more then you have. Also,I believe it's beneficial for liver in other ways, therefore I am happy with it.
