Used it to water proof grout in the shower (who knew that was a thing). Put on three coats after re grouting, it’s invisible and works well. After use cleaning is much easier and no more staining on grout. Well worth the money. We used a paint brush to apply. Quality product.

Quite easy to apply, with the 2 pipettes supplied. No indication of how long it lasts - like, typically 2 to 5 years. Preparation of clean, dry grout is essential

I applied this to my tiles in my new bathroom about two years ago. This stuff is an absolute pain to apply, especially to a fully tiled bathroom of metro-brick style tiles. You need to use an artist's brush and be diligient about washing off the excess. The upside of this is that it much less messy than the spray type. You're also concentrating the material in the grout lines rather than all over your tiles, so you're not wasting any. Once you get two coats down in a shower area it's basically bulletproof. Water beads straight off the grout and you can clean off soap scum easily with a sponge. Even now I never see the grout change colour when it gets wet. Go into it with eyes open to the time it'll take, but a few hours applying this is far better than having to redo the grout after 18 months because it got soaked.
