American Standard 2771V002.011 Evolution 5 ft. x 36 in. Deep Soaking Tub with Reversible Drain, Arctic

The tub is amazing. Comfortable, HUGE, I have no issues with the length or depth. I'm 5'5. We set the tub in a base of Structo-lite upon recommendation by a plumber for its light weight and strength. The tub in place with the Structo-lite base is very sturdy, has no give in the bottom and no cracking. It has been in place for 6+ months with no problems whatsoever. Know, though, that it takes a WHOLE lot of water to fill this tub... more hot water than you may have! Those long hot soaky baths may always be a dream until you get a larger or an auxiliary water heater to supplement your hot water supply. Be sure to buy the associated drain system. Also note that this tub does not have a tiling flange. There is a kit that will allow you to set it in an alcove with a tile or other type of surround.

Very nice tub, but probably could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere!

This is a nice deep soaker tub but the back is not the best angle for relaxing and the arm rests are way too far forward

Tub is so small inside. My husband cant fit in it. It maybe 60 x36 but inside is 48x30. Very receiving. Dont recommend this tub.

So it truly is bright white and very sturdy. It is very deep and wonderful for soaking. But you lose about a foot with how it leans on the back. You can easily sit cross legged and relax easily. Fairly easy to install. And the finished product looks amazing.

We bought this for our remodel because we had a limited amount of space and money for a tub. The overflow sits at the very top so you can fill it VERY deep - I believe it is 21" to the overflow. Very comfortable bath and for the money I don't think it can be beat. Installation was a bit of a pain though because of how tall the tub is. You will need another person to help hold things while securing the drain to the tub - definitely not a single person job. Make sure to order the correct drain kit for this tub - you have to use the manufacturers kit and can't go off the shelf for this one. Overall we have been very happy with this purchase.

Fantastic deep tub. I am 5'10" and can get completely under water as long as I cross my ankles. The 6' tub would have been even better, but we didn't have the length available in our bathroom, so this was purchased. Excellent deep tub. Fits three kids for bath time comfortably (6 and under), they just have to crawl over the tall wall to get in and out and we have to lend a little support. Overall, LOVE this tub.
