Works great but the hose crimp leak grease at both ends making a big mess on everything.

If I could have given it 0 stars, I would have. This item worked correctly for less than 90 days, only being used once a week, so about 12 days. It was used appropriately, we take of our equipment. We contacted seller and got the run around from them. Save your $300 or better yet throw in a couple more hundred and buy a Reel Craft or Cox hose reel.
