Love it works perfectly and is very light
It is a very lightweight laptop but does everything a bigger one can. It is quite fast considering itโs price and is great for everyday use. The battery lasts about 5 hours of continuous use.

A slim, cool and easy to use 14 inch laptop.
I bought this product; a whim on Prime day. I did not really need another computer. I already have my trusty desktop and a good tablet for when I just wish to mess around on the web. This is a fourteen inch laptop with good connectivity. It is pretty lightweight and rather slim which makes it easy to carry around with you, open and use. A Celeron processor which works well for most tasks, a clear hi-def screen and ample storage space. I have used it regularly in the month I have owned it and the battery life seems excellent. I suspect that the processor may not cope with the latest games or with video editing software but as a good little laptop, portable, ten pages open at once and all responsive. I think I got a rare bargain. I would heartily recommend this laptop for light to moderate usage. Oh and free windows 365 for a year.

Good Value and include the latest Office Software
As an IT Consultant, I have come across many laptops, computers and IT hardware etc... this one was for my personal use and found it very good all over and I am satisfied with all functions including the good value for money

The worst laptop I have ever used
I thought I'd take a chance on this as I needed a new laptop and it was pretty cheap but it really was not worth the gamble. The operating system is poorly laid out and some basic settings are so hard to locate I had to Google where they were. It feels like a tablet OS in places in it's design, where the only things you are allowed to download (without excessive tinkering and researching online for workarounds) are what is available on the Microsoft app store. The touch pad is also extremely temperamental with over-sensitive responses which often lead to accidental clicking on the screen among other navigation headaches (using scroll bars in particular is a pain).Worst problem by far though is what appears to be an unstable wifi receiver that regular disconnects from the internet and refuses to reconnect for several minutes afterwards. This happened as many as five times in the space of an hour and makes the laptop worthless for any activity that requires a steady online connection.Avoid.

What's not to like
What's not to like. Reasonably fast, lightweight, Upgradeable to Windows 11, 1 years free office, great screen resolution. I can't fault it for the price bracket. You can but a second hand laptop in the price range with a higher spec but I didn't buy for business use, just general use when my phone won't do the job online. Great purchase.
