I needed a gentle developer to use on my naturally dark, chemically relaxed, fine hair. You aren't supposed to process relaxed hair like mine at all, but I really wanted a skunk stripe. So glad I got this, as there is no damage. It did take extra time and patience, and I did multiple sessions spaced out. It also smells great and not too fumey.

I have no hair so I can’t speak for this product but my wife loves it.

This developer does not have the chemical smell like others I've used. I tried to bleach 1B black hair but I had to do it twice and It was still not light enough. It's good as a toner. I never used volume 20 before so I guess I shouldn't use it to bleach unprocessed hair. I love the consistency of it. It's similar to others I'm use to.

When it comes to hair color and daily care the most important thing to consider is quality over quantity no matter what. Good product here-thanks!!
